What materials do you use for your furniture?

We use a variety of high-quality materials to craft our custom pieces. This includes raw wood, epoxy, and cement, all chosen for their durability and unique aesthetic qualities. For those seeking eco-friendly options, we offer sustainable wood solutions that minimize environmental impact without compromising on style or quality. Each material is carefully selected to create furniture that not only looks great but lasts for years to come.

Can I choose the type of wood and finish for my furniture?

Yes, you can choose the wood type and finish for your custom piece! If you have a specific wood in mind, we’ll gladly source it for you. When it comes to finishes, we primarily prefer matte finishes because they allow the natural beauty of the wood to really shine through. We believe matte finishes highlight the craftsmanship and quality of the wood without overpowering its natural characteristics. If you’re interested in more eco-friendly options, we also offer sustainable wood solutions to minimize environmental impact while keeping the quality intact.

How long does it take to complete a custom furniture order?

It really depends on the project! A large office table with intricate epoxy or cement inlays will take more time than a simple side table, for example. However, every time we provide a quote for a custom piece, we’ll also include a detailed timeline so you know exactly how long your project will take. We want you to feel confident and informed every step of the way, no matter what your design requires.

Do you offer delivery, and if so, do you offer an installation service?

Yes! If you’re local, delivery is on us—no charge. We also offer installation services to ensure your piece fits perfectly in your space, whether it’s in your home or business. Our goal is to deliver your furniture in perfect condition, without any dents or scratches. For out-of-state deliveries, we’re happy to work with you to figure out the best solution. If you’re just a couple of states away, we’ll make it happen; if you’re farther, we’ll arrange shipping to get your custom piece to you! Just reach out, and we’ll sort it out together.

Is there a warranty on your furniture?

Yes! We stand behind the quality of our work. If your furniture warps or has issues that aren’t due to customer handling, we’ll make it right—whether that means fixing it or creating a replacement piece. However, if the furniture is damaged due to neglect or misuse, we won’t be able to cover that. We take pride in making pieces that last, but care and proper use are important to keep them looking great for years to come.

How do I care for and maintain my wooden furniture?

Caring for your wooden furniture is easy! Dust regularly with a soft cloth, and clean with a damp cloth, drying it right away. Use coasters or trivets to protect against heat and spills. To maintain the finish, use a mild wood cleaner and apply polish or wax every 6-12 months. For epoxy finishes, avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive pads. With proper care, your custom piece will stay beautiful for years!

Do you offer eco-friendly or sustainably sourced wood options?

Yes, we offer eco-friendly and sustainably sourced wood options. We prioritize materials that minimize environmental impact while maintaining the high quality and durability you expect from our furniture.
